I had a rather unfortunate and painful run in with a window yesterday. My ER doc friend Nick A, recommended that I hold my severely broken nails together with superglue. Problem solved! Yay!

Played this board game last weekend for the first time. The object is to claim cross-country rail routes. Quite fun! (Plus, I always approve of any board game where you can screw other people over — shhhh)

I just submitted my resignation letter! The feeling is terrifying and thrilling all at the same time! Eeek!
My friend Jason has recently developed a phobia of gutters. He is afraid a hand is going to reach out of the gutter and grab his ankle. When I asked what said hand was going to do with his ankle he replied he had no idea, but he was still going to avoid gutters at all costs. I find the whole thing mysterious, but quite endearing.
